Test Results & Naturopathic Health Plan

Consultation Details

I will notify you as soon as I have your results so that you can book this appointment. Normally around 2 - 3 weeks after the lab received your sample and analysing has started. Once we have your results we take a deep dive into the report which is very comprehensive and I allow enough time for us to cover each section in an unrushed manner We will review if there is an obvious dysbiotic pattern or any specific standalone imbalance (please refer to dysbiosis pattern if you want to read more on dysbiosis patterns). Your Naturopathic Health Plan will include two major "sections", the first section covers more detail in terms of imbalances seen in dysbiosis , this can get a bit "technical" , but I feel that testing can be expensive and I want you to get the most out of your test. The second part will look at your personalised health recommendations. The Optimal Health Practice has a food first approach as we explore which "raw materials" are missing from your diet that prevents your microbiome from thriving. If your body needs a short term "boost" I only recommend supplements that are kind and gentle to your body, that are in their natural form, backed by science and are easily absorbed. Life is hectic and I promise I am not going to make unrealistic recommendation or send you into your kitchen for hour to prep meals or ask your children eat something they absolutely hate. The idea is not to create more stress! I will also include some ''health hacks" that we use in our family to cover our nutrient bases. I look forward to creating your Naturopathic Health Plan based on your results!
